- With pageExtensions enabled, app router pages are being deopted into client side pages with build out of 0kb for each page. - steps to fix -- disabling pageExtensions, -- removing the extension from app router pages -- running next build with flag `--experimental-app-only` to build only app router pages. -- builds app router pages correctly
