When using CMake>=4.0 it doesn't support
cmake_minimum_required<3.5,and our dependency backward-cpp latest release V1.6 uses
cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.0),so we needed a workaround -
We set it to 3.14 to match testcoe minimum version of 3.14
Will be removed when upgrading to a newer version of backward-cpp
