@pcbreflux to get this to work I had to change "BLEAdvertising.h" too,
It worked after moving line 37 "void addData(std::string data);" 5 lines up, into the public area.

had to change setFlags to 0x06 to make it work for me
oAdvertisementData.setFlags(0x06);
