ファイルアクセス履歴中にある拡張子の数を数えるプログラムを作成
(1) ファイルアクセス履歴において，イベントが「Created」または「Updated」である履歴の拡張子を計算に使用する．
(2) 時刻，ファイルパス，およびイベントが同じファイルアクセス履歴が複数存在する場合，1行のみを使用し計算する．
ファイルアクセス履歴は settings.yml から指定する．
算出した拡張子と数は，db/extension.csv に書き込む．
