When you make this PR again don't bother w/ the backport info in the title. Our release process takes the PR title (which eventually becomes the commit message) and automatically puts that into the changelog under the right heading based on the conventional commit verb. so fix(powershell): use Invoke-Expression to pass args would still be appropriate. You can mention it's a backport in the PR body (just like you did here).

Don't worry about it too deeply though. The whole reason we set the process up like this is so that we can tweak the PR title and body ourselves and not make the contributors do all that busy work.
