Fixed warnings at compile time, they were mostly warnings about unused variables. reenabled one variable in ReadBuffData.cpp. I completely removed WaveformProcessor and MuonProcessor.
Removed (commented out )references to deleted files.

Several fixes to code, mostly removing warnings at compile time.
