It seems the commit 05f69cb was forgotten in the 5.4 branch.
Yes, the 1.8V voltage setting was moved to the AR803X driver, but setting IMX6Q_GPR5_ENET_TX_CLK_SEL was lost.
This fixes ENET RGMII TX on the imx6dp/imx6qp platform by cherry-picking the ENET FEC TX part of the 05f69cb commit into the 6.12 branch.
