obs-websocket: Update version to 5.7.2

Motivation and Context

Fixed an issue where some sources (inputs) could not be updated. See:

• requesthandler: Fix AcquireSource without canvas obs-websocket#1334
• Text GDI stop working with Streamer BOT obs-websocket#1333

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested on obsproject/obs-websocket#1334.
