Configuration data are obtained from the following sources in the following order: 1. An applications explicit settings 2. system-wide configuration file (/etc/zypp/zypp.conf[.d]) 3. ephermal configuration file (/run/zypp/zypp.conf[.d]) 3. vendor configuration file (/usr/etc/zypp/zypp.conf[.d]) See the ZYPP_CONF(5) manpage for more details.
