This PR bumps device-admin in order to integrate openUC2/device-admin#21 , openUC2/device-admin@dda8d2c, openUC2/device-admin@e6d2c23, and openUC2/device-admin#20 .

Previously, updating the information on a web page required refreshing it. Now the server periodically sends updates every few seconds, by pushing new copies of the web page (over Turbo Streams, over Action Cable, over WebSockets) to web browsers, and morphing certain Turbo Frames to match the contents of the new copies.
