feat: reorder components in unit page [FC-00083]

Description

Reorders components in unit page via drag and drop. This PR also refactors and moves draggable list and sortable item components to appropriate location.

Course authors will be affected by this change.

Testing instructions

• Follow instructions from feat: library unit page skeleton [FC-0083] #1779 to create unit with components.
• Open the unit page.
• Use drag handle in components to reorder them.
• Verify that the order change is persisted.
