I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue of the failing GitHub Action due to bad credentials. The
issues-translate-action@v2.7was failing because it was not receiving the correct credentials.The changes in this PR ensure that the correct credentials are being provided to the action. If the action requires any sensitive credentials, they are now being stored as GitHub secrets and referenced in the workflow file.
