I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue of failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The
issues-translate-action@v2.7was failing because it was not receiving the correct credentials.The credentials used by the action have been updated to reference the appropriate secrets stored in the GitHub repository settings. This ensures that the credentials are not exposed in the codebase and can be easily updated without modifying the code.
Summary of Changes
.github/workflows/workflow_file.ymlto use the correct secrets for theissues-translate-action@v2.7.Please review and let me know if there are any concerns.
