Update daemonset's base image to refer Redhat's instead of NVIDIA's

Build DAS daemonset image from the Red Hat provided base images
9680a48 
- Fix CVE-2025-66471, CVE-2026-21441 by replacing the NVIDIA cuda base
  image with that of the Red Hat's

hermetic builds will require these files to be added/updated. https://github.com/openshift/instaslice-operator/tree/next/konflux
