Fixed broken code to find defines for special case "#if defined(PLATFORM_BEKEN) || defined(WINDOWS)"
Added some code to "parse" the define lines

Modified command.md to

fix single point for empty description
move "required" information to first column
changed first column to display command in bold

Also added the altered docs to see changes
