Communicate mote's address when invoking different StateElem update handlers.
Log number of cells in the schedule of each mote, differentiated by type.
This commit adds the support for logging of new metrics: - duty cycle - number of transmissions - number of receptions - number of ACKed transmissions

This PR implements the OpenBenchmark Agent component with the OpenVisualizer. This enables a network managed by OpenVisualizer to be benchmarked as instrumented by the OpenBenchmark platform and the API documented at https://benchmark.6tis.ch/docs.
