New major release for the IMAS environment containing new features:

• code parameters have been added.
• check on the availability of the electric field in the IDSs implemented
• Dreicer growth rate and electric field formulae have been fixed to be the same as in Runaway Fluid
• the electric field conversion to profiles has been fixed. Parallelization to magnetic field removed.
• workflows have been removed from the repository.
