Edited the structure to make it clearer, and to better reflect that since the new UI, there is no need to enable the ENF for a specific address (it is auto-enabled). Added info about the new support of rules that apply to port ranges, in addition to the classic single-port rules.
Added a section to provide guidance to clients about how to set up safer ENF rules.
