This PR updates the Telecom > VoIP alias UI to surface “dashboard” and “recordings” as separate tabs for Contact Center Solution Expert users.
Changes:
- Removes the “show more” dropdown wrapper for expert-only items.
- Adds expert-only conditions directly on the dashboard and recordings tabs.
