Add Font Awesome theme, which uses 'fa-times' for the Remove icon.
Add "Simple" theme using 'heavy times' character
Remove text-decoration from 'close' button (i.e., no underline)
Update Bootstrap theme conditional to also check for "Bootstrap3", for clarity.
Fix spacing/alignment issue for one character in the code.
