The https://wus.preproductie.digipoort.logius.nl/wus/2.0/ environment seems to use a slightly different WS-* security implementation.
The WusXmlDsig change works on the 2.13 environment for berichtsoort = "Jaarrekening_ixbrl_esd" aka SBR Groot.
Since there are no wsdl model changes I updated the existing Soap Models namespaces. Internally we use two different implementations, one for 2.12 and one for 2.13.
