Added a setting to disable windows 7 taskbar notifier

Got really annoying to have it running green all the time.
Also changed the taskbar clear btn, to only clear the log, not the list of loggers.

Dont know if this is the main repo, or if its on codeplex.

The official repo is on codeplex… I hate codeplex and SVN so I mirror over here for my own purposes. I will Create a Readme.md that points people to codeplex for the official repo.

I will do another publ from codeplex svn shortly and merge latest changes, as well as complete the pull request. In the process of closing the pull request, I will be cleaning up the whitespace. I just want to make sure that merges from codeplex are easy in the future.
