This applies a general fix for the issues discovered in #516: When mapping SQL AST expressions to the IR used in the sync streams compiler, we assert that each mapped node has a syntactic location (so that we can emit accurate error messages in all stages of the compiler).
There are a few cases in
sqlite.tswhere expressions need to be wrapped in aNOToperator to simplify the translation (e.gx NOT BETWEEN y AND zis compiled asNOT (x BETWEEN y AND z). In a few cases, the inner operand didn't have a source location set on it. This introduces a helper function to set that consistently.
