Compound SRS remain unsupported but at least no parsing error.
Vertical datum is tripped leaving only the horizontal part.
would fix proj4js/proj4js#282
Note: I didn't find a way to leave the wkt object with COMPD_CS and vertical datum and at the same time use the same API (wktParser)
