Fix bug use multi ignored and add env variables load

This PR includes:

• Bug fix: The use_multi parameter was ignored when the user passed it as true while making a translation request.
• New feature: Added a new environment variable, LOAD, to load models based on this variable.
• Dockerfile improvements: Fixed various warnings in the Dockerfile.
