Kick-start the 101-level NFT tutorial on the Aptos chain to educate interested developers who want to mint NFTs on the new scalable L1 chain. See also: Issue protocol#276
Add instruction to run Aptos local node and set up a Typescript project.
Add the TypeScript code and nft.storage upload logic without testing yet.
