Communication Rework

This Pull Request aims at integrating the FlooNoC narrow/wide channel feature in MAGIA. The main changes include:

• Split the NoC into narrow (32 bit) and wide (256 bit) channels from a single narrow (32 bit) channel and bumped it
• Reworked the iDMA from 32 bit channels to 256 bit channels and connected it directly to the NoC wide ports without passing through the AXI XBAR
• Implemented custom local interconnect using routers and arbiters without using HCI top
