add ruff and typos linters, drop black/isort/flake8

Hello.

In this PR:

1. add https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff and https://github.com/crate-ci/typos linters.
2. drop black, isort and flake8 linters because these checks are included in ruff.

looks good, though I'd like some more social validation of https://github.com/crate-ci/typos as I don't know the project. So if anyone else is reading here please chime in with opinions/experience/links that it is a commonly-used and respected project.

I see typos in Astral repositories.
for example, in ruff - https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff/blob/main/.pre-commit-config.yaml#L37

And I've been using typos for 6 months in my work projects.
