- Updated dependencies to include @actions/github v9.0.0.
- Introduced a manual mock for @actions/github to facilitate testing.
- Enhanced the GitHub context to include pull request information such as base branch, head SHA, base branch head SHA, and pull request number.
- Modified the getGitHubContext function to extract pull request details from the GitHub context.
- Updated tests to validate the new pull request context handling.
- Enhanced the uploader to include pull request tags in the span tags for better traceability.
