Also refactored some stuff.
Notably - changed how
MainLayoutrenders left panel on new pages. Now it would not unmount on page change and left panels will save their state, like any other page. For example now you can apply filters on history page, go to another page, return and filters will be intact and snapshots will not be fetched again. Before this change this panel was rendering anew with empty filters and was fetching snapshots again, although they were fetched before
