Approving the bump, but I don't think this should be merged as-is. I think this needs to target a hotfix/25.12.01 branch.
That's my read of the not-yet-merged docs on how the new branching process affects hotfix releases: rapidsai/docs#716
@AyodeAwe @jolorunyomi @msarahan could you please help Peter with this? I'm not familiar with new process for hotfixes.
