This change enables the "Show Message Preview in Notifications" setting in the menu, as the underlying logic for message previews has been fixed in
source/browser/conversation-list.ts. It also enables other related notification settings ("Show Notifications", "Show Unread Badge", "Flash Window on Message") that were hidden behind the development flag and marked as fixed.
