Going to make a couple style comments inline as well, but this will need a rebase due to some changes we just made based on recommendations from our haproxy expert in-house |

This becomes $log after the new patch, and we want it to be tcplog for consistency.

This patch will enable SSL termination at the load balancer if the file /etc/ssl/horizon.pem exists.
