TRAMFIX: TRavelling Across Melbourne for FIXel-based analysis

This repository describes the processing pipeline and stores scripts for the TRAMFIX cohort.

This is a Travelling Heads study, where the same individuals were scanned across multiple scanners in Melbourne, with the purpose of assessing repeatability in fixel-based measures.

This repository stores all of the code used to process and analyse the data.

DWI data processing

DWI data processing scripts are described in dwi_scripts.

Data analysis

Data analysis scripts are stored in analysis_notebooks.

Data

Response functions computed as part of our work are available in data/response_functions. DWI data collected for this study are available on OpenNeuro (including FOD templates).
