This PR introduces several security enhancements to the JFramework library:

  1. Mitigation of Timing Attacks: The password verification logic in PasswordManager was using equalsIgnoreCase, which is susceptible to timing attacks. It has been replaced with MessageDigest.isEqual, providing a constant-time comparison.
  2. Charset Consistency: Cryptographic operations in SHA256 and PasswordManager were using the platform's default charset, which can lead to inconsistent behavior and potential security gaps across different environments. These have been updated to explicitly use StandardCharsets.UTF_8.
  3. SecureRandom Optimization: RandomStringGenerator was creating a new SecureRandom instance for every call. This has been changed to use a single static instance for better performance and a consistent entropy source.
  4. Git Hygiene: Updated .gitignore to include temporary files generated by the test suite, preventing accidental commitment of sensitive or transient data.
  5. Security Documentation: Created a Sentinel Security Journal in .jules/sentinel.md to track critical security learnings.

…et consistency

- Replaced `equalsIgnoreCase` with `MessageDigest.isEqual` in `PasswordManager` to prevent timing attacks.
- Enforced `StandardCharsets.UTF_8` in `SHA256` and `PasswordManager` for cross-platform consistency.
- Optimized `RandomStringGenerator` to use a static `SecureRandom` instance.
- Updated `.gitignore` to prevent committing test-generated log and data files.
- Added security journal entry for timing attacks and charset issues.
