Pull Request Overview
This PR drops support for PHP 7.x and updates the CI workflow to test newer PHP 8 versions.
- Remove PHP 7.3 and 7.4 from the testing matrix.
- Add PHP 8.0 and 8.2 in the matrix.
- Update include steps to run additional tests using PHP 8.1 and 8.3.
