Besides the changes inline, I think this is targeting the incorrect place in the document. This note should be on the Jazzy table.

@azeey and I spoke this morning about the visibility issues w/r/t to the Gazebo Classic EoL announcement. I slipped a callout into REP-2000 to highlight Gazebo Classic EOL in Jazzy/Nobel.
