The code included/copied into the tutorials seems to be up-to-date (e.g., #3024). However, the links point to the
ros2branch, which isn't updated anymore. Use therollingbranch.Now that a
kiltedbranch was created, we can use{DISTRO}.This is an automatic backport of pull request #5505 done by Mergify.
