Added more definitions
Ported the fireworks effect from MCLighting (Adafruit code) to FastLED code. Extended the code for rainbow and single color. Added additional fire effect.
Added a lot of changes, get rid of the Adafruit code, only rely on FastLED now.
Extended interface for new effects/mode. Put all in index.htm
no more needed, everything is in index.htm now
