First of all, thank you for this project!
I like looking at the stats at the end of the day. But I prefer to start the week with Monday, not Sunday.
So my PR adds a new configuration option to select the start of the week. It has two options: Monday and Sunday. The default value is Sunday.
Let me know if I need to change anything in the code, add docs, etc.
