Removes the <<>> HACK in favor of enabling the actual FFlag for ExplicitTypeInstantiationSyntax. Improves seal compile bundler so that it looks for the leftmost return closest to bottom instead of just the bottommost return. And puts a comma after transforming thread.spawn path to src
