@abhijna These links appear twice, and it made for a finicky build; I don't have a preference on which set goes (I just picked one), but I think we need to have these only once on sidebars.js

Preview
I moved the token info off the Teams page (where it was in the appendix) and put it in its own doc. I also added basic usage instructions.
