Added EntraFalcon, EntraTokenAid and GraphPreConsentExplorer

Added three open-source, free pentesting tools to the list:

• EntraFalcon – Identifies privileged objects, Conditional Access Policy misconfigurations, and other issues in Entra ID.
• EntraTokenAid – A PowerShell-based authentication tool for Entra/Azure/M365 that supports multiple authentication flows and options.
• GraphPreConsentExplorer – Displays the pre-consented privileges of Microsoft first-party apps, useful for penetration testing.
