Hi, I'm Sharon 👋🏽

I'm an IT Support professional with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, customer service, and problem-solving. My journey blends experience in traveling, excursions, project management, and technology with a strategic career shift backing into IT support and new adventure into cybersecurity.

I hold the CompTIA Security+ & ITIL certifications as well as a degree in Computer Information Systems.
