exazk is not zookeeper connection loss tolerant, what does it mean? It means that if you loss connection to the current zk node you are connected, you stop to announce all your bgp routes without trying to connect to another zk node. Aim of this PR is to use a retry strategy before raising exception which withdraw all routes.
