I've not tried with the simulator but I can have a look after work.
If you do have a physical iOS device could you let me know if at least that works for you?

@GodwillF Existing ffmpeg_kit_flutter_new: ^4.1.0 there no issue in physical iOS device. Only issue with simulator.
