Adding in tests for Catalogs and CatalogCollection. A few small changes to the logic in functions of astroquery/mast/collections.py (
_create_adql_regionand_build_numeric_list_predicate). Coverage on catalog_collection.py is 99% and coverage on collections.py is 96%Looking forward to feedback and suggestions about how to improve etc!
