feat: make Why Choose LearnHub cards clickable with modal details

Description

Implemented modal popups for all feature cards in the “Why Choose LearnHub?” section.

✔ What’s added:
Each card is now clickable
Clicking opens a modal with:
Title
Detailed extended description
Close button
Fully responsive & accessible modal
Smooth UI/UX improvement without breaking existing design

✔ Why this change?
Previously, users could only see short descriptions.
Now they get detailed insights when they click a feature card—making interaction smoother and more informative.
