In line with HA 2025.2, add-on's are now called apps
This PR changes the predbat addon readme and app title to refer to the new terminology.
The addon title (not folder) needs to be changed as well in github
I have separately changed the Predbat documentation to refer to Predbat app instead of add-on - 130 changes !
