[WIP] Add system to check iframe escape requests

Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original prompt

add a simple system that checks for new request trying to escape the iframe and open a new tab (keep the alow popups sandbox atrabute so ultravilot can still work) and then make it so the request open the sites in the main iframe instead of a new tab/window (the one where all of the proxyied content is stored)
